Report a Violation

At Global Animal Partnership (G.A.P.), our commitment to integrity and transparency is fundamental.

We recognize that the effective protection of animal welfare depends not only on the implementation of rigorous, science-based standards, but also on the cultivation of a culture of accountability across all participants in our program.

To that end, G.A.P. provides a formal mechanism for submitting concerns: the Complaint Submission Form. This tool is intended to serve as a direct and structured channel through which individuals may report suspected violations of G.A.P. standards.

Complaints that are substantiated by first-hand knowledge or accompanied by credible, verifiable evidence are particularly valuable. Such submissions enhance our ability to conduct a thorough and fair review and, where appropriate, initiate a formal investigation.

All submissions are taken seriously. G.A.P. is committed to addressing credible allegations with the diligence and impartiality that the integrity of our certification program demands.

G.A.P.’s Complaint Submission Policy

Certification under the Global Animal Partnership (“G.A.P.”) program requires adherence to some of the most rigorous, science-based farm animal welfare standards in the industry. In addition, G.A.P. investigates all complaints based on first-hand statements or those accompanied by verifiable supporting evidence, in accordance with G.A.P.’s established process. G.A.P. does not tolerate substantiated cases of animal abuse or neglect.

G.A.P.’s certification requirements assess each operation’s present and ongoing compliance and ensure program integrity. If system procedures reveal systemic or willful violations of program standards, appropriate action—including possible decertification—may be taken in accordance with G.A.P. policy.
